We are proud to be partnering with a rapidly improving secondary school in Gosport-rated 'Good' in all areas-as they seek a Head of Modern Foreign Languages to lead their department for a one-year maternity cover.

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MFL specialist or an aspiring middle leader looking to progress in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

As Head of MFL, you will play a key role in shaping, developing, and championing the school's languages provision. You will lead a small but highly committed team and ensure that students benefit from high-quality teaching that promotes curiosity, cultural understanding, and confident communication.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and delivering engaging MFL lessons across KS3 and KS4
(A-Level teaching is desirable but not essential)

To be considered for this role, you will need:
