With 24 new food brands and 100+ clients that they continually work with, you will be part of something more than just a dining experience. This business prides themselves also on the quality of food and service they provide as they are determined to change the path of hospitality.
Your new role
As Content & Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive brand engagement and commercial growth across more than 90 hospitality sites. This position offers the chance to plan, develop, and manage compelling online and offline content, oversee social media channels, and lead marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives. You will also manage the hospitality e-commerce site and its outreach strategy, analyse marketing data to inform future decisions, and ensure brand values are consistently communicated. Working closely with site teams and central support, you will develop seasonal editorial, campaign, and social calendars that bring the vision to life.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you will bring demonstrable experience of managing campaigns with financial accountability, setting KPIs, and maximising ROI. You should have a strong background in creating and producing content for both internal and external audiences, as well as expertise in social media management, digital creativity, and editorial marketing. Familiarity with CMS platforms and social insights tools is essential, along with excellent project management skills to lead multiple campaigns simultaneously. You will need to be proactive, entrepreneurial, and collaborative, with a positive, "can-do" attitude and high attention to detail. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Premier Pro, will be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a travel card for zones 1 and 2. You will enjoy 33 days of holiday (including bank holidays), with the option to purchase additional days, and benefit from life assurance and private healthcare. They offer free access to well-being support, including mental health first-aiders, counselling sessions, a 24/7 GP service, and nutritional and financial advice. You will also have access to discounts and cashback options at supermarkets, retailers, cinemas, restaurants, hotels, holidays, and family days out, as well as a cycle-to-work scheme. Additionally, you will benefit from award-winning training and development programmes, two paid volunteering days, and a contributory pension.
