IMMEDIATE START. A fantastic opportunity for Assembly Operatives to join our client based in Bourne. This is an ongoing long-term role that could lead to a permanent position after a successful trial period.

Pay Rate:
£13.00 per hour
Shifts:
06:30 - 18:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble metal boxes and fit insulation
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow assembly instructions and diagrams
- Maintain clean, safe, and organised working areas
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets
Requirements:
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience (essential)
- Confident and competent in the use of hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
