*IMMEDIATE START* Lots of Overtime paid upto £26.00p/h. We are seeking an Assembly Operative to join our client's expanding team in Bourne. Ongoing work that may lead to a possible permanent position. Working Monday -Friday 6.30am starts. Flexible working time with lots of overtime available.

Hourly pay rates:
- £13.00 per hour upto 40 hours
- £16.25 per hour 41-45 hours
- £19.50 per hour 46-55 hours
- £26.00 per hour after 55 hours
Shifts:
Monday to Friday, 6.30am - Finish
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble metal cases and fit insulation
- Use hand tools including drills, riveters, snips, jigsaws.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organised working areas
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets
Requirements:
- Previous assembly or engineering experience
- Ability to use a range of power tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
