Summary
The post-holdershould have a passion for delivering administration in clinical settings, and be keen to work flexibly. You will be expected to support a qualified psychologist in the preparation of specific admin components of clinical treatment. The role will support report writing through dictation, clinical record keeping through dictation and managing databases. There will be notable opportunity to gain exposure to working in a multidisciplinary team, witnessing the liaison with allied professionals, experiencing how psychologists contribute to the sharing of psychological knowledge and case discussion. Remaining time will include attending referrals meetings with the locality psychologist and occasionally providing transport between sites as needed. Your work will be closely supervised by the lead psychologist and you would also be able to make contacts with other service related administration staff.
