We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Product Operations Executive to play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery and continuous improvement of our travel products. This role offers exposure to both the product and operational sides of the travel industry, giving you a broad understanding of how a travel team functions and valuable experience that can support future development across both the product and operational areas of the travel function.
In this role, you’ll coordinate supplier relationships, maintain accurate product information, support sales and customer teams, and assist in resolving day-to-day operational challenges.
It’s important that the successful candidate enjoys working collaboratively, can effectively manage competing priorities, and thrives in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations or logistics, and a proven track record of demonstrating initiative in resolving operational challenges to deliver results.

**This role requires you to be working from our Folkestone or Crawley office a minimum of 3 times a week. We have designated office space for colleagues in our Travel business, allowing us to collaborate and share success as a function.

- Serve as a central point of contact for product and destination queries, becoming a knowledgeable and reliable source of information for the wider business.
- Coordinate and maintain product operations, including pre-season checks, Health & Safety updates, and accurate system data.
- Build strong, solution-focused relationships with suppliers by ensuring they receive correct documentation and updates, supporting them in resolving issues proactively, and enabling smooth service delivery.
- Manage operational updates and holiday amendments, ensuring changes are communicated clearly and implemented efficiently.
- Support quality management by reviewing supplier feedback, actioning reports, and working closely with Customer Service to resolve complaints and manage reclaims.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, share insights, proactively and efficiently address operational challenges, and maintain a Customer First approach.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and occasional overseas trips as a knowledgeable brand ambassador.
You will be someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and brings a strong operational mindset to the role. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in an operations or logistics role, ideally within travel or a related sector.
- A track record of effective problem solving, using initiative to find practical, customer-focused solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive supplier relationships.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a methodical approach to managing multiple priorities.
- An analytical mindset and keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across product and operational tasks.
- Flexibility to work occasional, varied hours to coordinate with duty offices when required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey information clearly and confidently across teams.
- Exposure to the European travel market (desirable but not essential).
