Full Time - 35 hours per week

Hybrid role – Hybrid – 3 days a week in Folkestone, Enbrook, Kent or Crawley*

For over 75 years, Saga has been creating award-winning travel experiences designed exclusively for the experienced generation. We take care of every detail from start to finish, so our customers can focus on what truly matters: living life to the full.

Behind every seamless journey is a passionate team committed to quality, service and operational excellence. We’re now looking for a Product Executive to join our established Product Operations team, a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a global touring portfolio within a trusted and respected travel brand.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll act as a key operational link between our Travel Sales team, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring our worldwide touring products operate smoothly from pre-season checks to post-tour quality management. You’ll be immersed in the detail, maintaining operational efficiency and helping deliver the exceptional experiences our customers expect.

This role is particularly well suited to someone with experience in operational roles within a tour operator environment, ideally supporting worldwide, bespoke, or tailor-made tours. It’s a fantastic opportunity to broaden your exposure across the full operational lifecycle and continue developing your career within a collaborative, solutions-focused team.

We work in a hybrid way at Saga both at home and in the office. In this team we work mainly from Folkestone, Enbrook and tend to have a pattern of 3 days a week onsite. When we do come together as a team, it allows us to grow and learn plus it is a great opportunity to socialise and celebrate too!
