Summary

Independence Student Support Assistant
Salary: from £20,656.22 to £22,416.49 for term-time only
Working Pattern: Full time, term time (37 weeks, 37 hours per week). Pro-rata for fewer hours or weeks.Hours: 8.30am to 5pm
Closing Date: 07/12/2025Interviews will take place on: 15/12/2025 and 16/12/2025MAIN PURPOSE OF POSTThis is an exciting opportunity to work within the BCoT support team helping students with EHCPs to develop their independence skills. You will work with the EHCP Co-ordinator to design individual programmes for learners and run sessions to help them gain independence and access the local community.
The successful candidate will constantly strive to produce outstanding learning at all times to ensure that all learners succeed in their chosen programmes.Please note:
