You’ll thrive in this role if you’re personable, hardworking, and ambitious — the three non-negotiables.

You must have:

• 7–10+ years’ geo-environmental experience
• Strong report writing and project management skills
• Deep understanding of UK contaminated land legislation and standards (LCRM, BS10175, BS5930, waste classification, CSMs)
• Technical experience in land investigation, remediation, validation and risk modelling
• Ability to independently manage a workload of 4–5 projects, sometimes up to 10
• Full UK driving licence & CSCS card
• Solid H&S awareness

Desirable but not essential:

• Take full ownership of the environmental workstream within 6–12 months
• Collaborate with geotechnical and field engineers throughout project delivery
