We are seeking an experienced Security Sales and Operations Executive to support both operational delivery and business growth. This dual role requires someone who can manage service standards while proactively driving new sales opportunities within the security sector.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the operational aspects of security contracts to ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency.

Conduct site surveys and risk assessments for new and existing clients.

Support the scheduling, deployment, and monitoring of security officers.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with B2B and B2C clients.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the security industry.

Work closely with senior management to improve operational delivery and sales performance.

Essential Requirements

SIA Licence – Essential

Security industry experience – Essential

Proven experience in security operations and/or sales.

Strong understanding of compliance, client management, and service delivery.

Experience conducting site surveys and risk assessments.

Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time role.

Self-motivated, commercially aware, and able to balance operational and sales duties effectively.
