Salary: £35,000–£42,500 base (OTE £60,000–£70,000)

Location: Chiswick, London W4 5YA (Hybrid – Client Site, Office & Home Base, 2-3 days in the office per week)

Combining the agility of a start-up with the security and backing of a major industry player, they are bringing intelligent cleaning robots, robotic mowing systems and light industrial automation to organisations across the UK.

Operating on a flexible Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) model, they enable clients to adopt cutting-edge automation without upfront capital investment — delivering measurable efficiency, cost savings and operational improvements.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in shaping the commercial growth of the business. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle while working closely with leadership and technical partners to deliver successful client outcomes.

• Identify and engage prospective clients through a mix of outbound activity, referrals, marketing-generated leads and industry events
• Deliver consultative sales conversations with facilities managers, operations leaders and procurement stakeholders
• Present and demonstrate the RaaS model and robotic solutions, supported by product and technical specialists where needed
• Prepare tailored proposals, pricing and service agreements for new clients
• Manage deals through to close, with clear support from leadership and delivery partners
• Oversee client onboarding in collaboration with operations and vendor teams (no technical background required)
• Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and contribute to ongoing go-to-market and pricing strategy

Requirements

Essential

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, managed services, facilities services, or technical solutions)
• Experience managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close
• Comfortable with a consultative, solution-led sales approach
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
• Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own pipeline

Desirable

• Experience selling into facilities management, commercial real estate, healthcare or education
• Exposure to subscription, leasing or service-based sales models
• Interest in emerging technologies such as robotics, automation or smart buildings
• Full UK driving licence
