We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Youth Work Apprentice to join our Youth Support Service Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop practical skills, and make a real impact in your community.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the delivery of youth work sessions and activities
Building positive relationships with young people aged 11–19 (up to 25 with SEND)
Assisting in planning and evaluating programmes that promote personal development, wellbeing, and social inclusion
Helping to create safe, welcoming spaces for young people
Working alongside experienced youth workers and other professionals
What we’re looking for:
A genuine interest in working with young people
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliability, commitment, and a willingness to learn
No prior experience required – just a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference!
