About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for reliable, compassionate, and experienced Support Workers to join our growing team, providing person-centered care and support to adults living with mental health conditions and challenging behaviours. These roles are based within supported living environments in the Crewe area (CW7 & CW10).
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and choice for the people we support, ensuring they live fulfilling and meaningful lives in a safe, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting adults with mental health needs and complex behaviours in their daily routines
• Promoting independence and personal development
• Managing and de-escalating challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Administering medication safely in line with care plans and company procedures
• Maintaining clear, accurate records and reports
• Supporting individuals with personal care when required
• Encouraging engagement in social, leisure, and community-based activities
• Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other agencies
