Our Helpdesk Operatives play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly, ensuring every request is handled efficiently while maintaining a calm, courteous, and professional manner at all times.
You will provide a responsive and reliable service, managing all helpdesk and dispatch duties to support the delivery of an effective maintenance operation.
You may be exposed to sensitive information and situations - therefore, professionalism, integrity, and discretion are essential qualities for success in this role.
The Role
Manage and update the computerised task logging system to coordinate staff and workflow.
Allocate and communicate tasks using internal and external paging and radio systems.
Maintain accurate records of on-call and duty staff, supporting audit requirements.
Produce and support routine reports and audits as requested by management or the Trust.
Ensure all calls and tasks are completed, logged, and escalated in line with Company and Trust procedures.
Follow all emergency and data protection protocols, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
