Hours: 40 Hours per week

With over 1,500 dedicated staff across 27 homes from Morpeth to Milton Keynes, we provide care for nearly 1,200 residents – offering everything from elderly and dementia care to support for young adults with neurological or physical disabilities. What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting with the overall management of the home
Leading and motivating care teams to deliver outstanding care
Ensuring care plans are up-to-date and tailored to individual needs
Handling staffing, rotas, and mentoring team members
Promoting a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for everyone
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a senior care role (e.g. Senior Carer, Team Leader)
NVQ Level 3 (or working towards Level 5 in Health & Social Care)
A natural leader with strong communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for elderly care
