Key Responsibilities

Handle calls, emails, and client communication

Schedule jobs and manage diaries

Maintain records and update computer systems

Order supplies and process invoices/expenses

Provide admin support to the wider team

Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and organisation skills

Confident using computers (Word, Excel etc.)

Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Experience in admin or customer service a plus
