The Role
We are seeking a new Mortgage Advisor to join our growing team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with at least one year of experience in mortgage advising, looking to further develop their career within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients, ensuring recommendations are suitable and fully compliant with FCA regulations.
* Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, from initial enquiry through to completion, maintaining regular communication with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering a high standard of customer service at all times.
* Keep up to date with the latest mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
* Accurately maintain client records and documentation using our CRM and relevant software systems.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and company targets.

About You
* An experienced mortgage advisor with a minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Mortgage Advisor in the UK. However, newly CeMAP-qualified could be considered, must have 2 years of previous sales experience in financial services.
* CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is essential.
* Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market and FCA regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
* High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Positive attitude
* Confident in using a range of software applications and CRM systems.

Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 5.30pm
* Friday 9.00am – 3.00pm
