Summary

Our Tribunals Operations Directorate based in Glasgow are seeking applications for the role of Tribunals Administrative Officer (Scheduler) on a full time, fixed term basis for an initial period of 6 months with the possibility of extension or conversion to permanency thereafter.

In this role you will schedule tribunal hearings across Scotland, liaising with judicial members and venues across the country.

The Key Responsibilities Include:

Daily contact with tribunal members with regards to bookings for tribunal hearings, including last minute tribunal hearings and short notice cancellations.

Monitor the scheduling inbox and action all emails.

Work to internal KPIs in relation to the booking of venues and members.

Complete mandatory e-learning.

General administration tasks as required.

Ensure all telephone calls and emails are dealt with appropriately.

Ensure systems are fully maintained and updated on a daily basis as required.

Implement cost efficiency processes to ensure savings where possible.

Provide a high quality service ensuring stakeholders and member’s needs are fully met.

When available attend Legal Case Management meetings with the Judiciary.

Help mentor and assist new colleagues and less experienced members of staff whenever the opportunity arises.
