Summary

In this pivotal role, you’ll shape the future of clinical education by designing and implementing evidence-based training programmes that reflect both national standards and local priorities. You’ll also review and enhance existing training packages and competencies to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our workforce.
As part of the Clinical Education Team, you’ll lead and support a dedicated group of clinical trainers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in embedding high-quality physical health education and competency frameworks across the Trust.
We’re looking for a registered healthcare practitioner with a strong background in clinical education and physical health. If you’re proactive, motivated, and passionate about developing others - and ready to make a meaningful impact - we’d love to hear from you.
