An opportunity to work at a highly recognised company within their sector from a stylish and modern headquarters based in Quedgeley. Our client is recruiting for an Administrator to join their well established and successful business on a full-time permanent basis, this is an excellent opportunity to join an energetic, fun and supportive team who continue to grow.

The purpose of this role is to support delivery of installations, service and maintenance works, with day-to-day client and engineer focused activities. As the heart of the operations department and
primary contact for all clients the role focusses on delivering exceptional customer service!

Previous experience in an admin or customer service role is essential plus good energy and a positive attitude!

Responsibilities:
-Log communication and documentation received from clients and internal teams
-Record and update installations, service call outs and additional works progress and visits
-Take receipt of and record all purchase orders, instructions or requests from clients
-Organise annual maintenance visits and agreement renewals
-Assist with the daily engineer planner and send paperwork prior visits and after visits
-Ensure all paperwork sent out is recorded and logged daily
-Book engineer site visits directly with the customer or facilities team
-Creation and delivery of new, additional works and renewal quotations
-Book accommodation for engineers staying away from home as required
-Assist colleagues with ‘general housekeeping’ of the office

Hours: Monday – Friday - 9am – 5.30pm

Salary: £25,000 + excellent benefits + great working environment including a breakout room with a pool table and fully stocked fridge with drinks & snacks!
