Summary

Key duties:

- Underwrite and manage a portfolio of mid-market and complex motor fleet accounts, ensuring profitability and compliance with underwriting guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong trading relationships with brokers and clients through regular engagement, site visits, and strategic case discussions.
- Lead the development of underwriting strategies and contribute to product innovation and portfolio management.
- Represent the business at industry events, client meetings, and broker forums to promote our capabilities and drive new business.
- Mentor and support junior underwriters, fostering a high-performance culture and sharing technical expertise.
- Use data-driven insights and mobile decision support tools to make informed underwriting decisions.

To be considered you must have existing motor fleet underwriting experience or potentially fleet experience within broking this can be either new or existing business focused or a combination of both.
