Summary
Relief Shop Supervisor
Hours: bank/casual role – hours agreed with line manager
Location: cover across our Wallingford, Didcot, Henley, Wantage and Abingdon shops
Salary: £12.86 per hour
Closing date: 10th December at 12 noon

You will play a key role in keeping our shops thriving, providing cover for managers, supporting teams, and ensuring customers enjoy an unforgettable shopping experience.
About the job:
Travel to shops across our Oxfordshire region to provide relief cover for Shop Managers.
To support stores in achieving their sales budgets and ensure stock is managed and merchandised effectively in order to maximise sales.
Provide great customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness front and back of house.
Implement all aspects of the Gift Aid scheme.

About you:
This role is physically demanding and requires regular lifting, moving stock, and being on your feet for extended periods. While full manual handling training will be provided and we commit to considering reasonable adjustments, applicants should be aware that the core duties of this role require a high level of physical activity.
Essential requirements:
Good standard of Maths and English
Strong team worker with the ability to motivate and lead a team
Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
Customer focused with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude
Desirable requirements:
Experience working in Retail, hospitality or Charity Shop environment
Experience within a management role
Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
