Shop Supervisor – Campsfield House IRC, Kidlington, OX5 1RE
£15.00/hour | 30 hrs/week | Shifts with free evenings
Join Aramark UK at Campsfield House IRC and lead a small retail team in a unique, secure environment. You’ll manage shop operations, oversee the post office counter, and support your manager in delivering excellent service to our customers.
What you’ll do:
- Run the shop during shifts, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and customer service.
- Lead and support retail assistants.
- Handle cash, place orders, and manage stock.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient store.
- Enforce hygiene standards and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Fire regulations.
- Control costs including shrinkage and waste.
- Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager and General Manager to support broader site operations.
What you’ll bring:
- 1+ year supervisory/retail experience.
- Effective communication & basic IT skills
- UK resident for 5+ years (DBS & vetting required)
