As Supply Chain Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all depots receive the right stock, at the right time, and at the right cost. You will lead supplier performance, optimise inbound service levels, and drive supply chain income opportunities across core categories.
Working in a hybrid capacity with occasional national travel you will collaborate with suppliers, internal teams and distribution partners to simplify routes to market, enhance consolidation programmes, improve service quality and unlock new efficiencies throughout the end-to-end supply chain.
We’re seeking a commercially driven supply chain professional with experience in FMCG, food wholesale, or large-scale supplier distribution environments.
You will bring:
Commercial acumen with experience growing supply chain income streams
Ability to build influential relationships with suppliers, 3PLs and internal stakeholders
Experience leading and motivating direct and indirect teams
Advanced analytical capability, including Microsoft Office and data-driven decision-making
