Summary

Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Sales Order Processor for a well established Manufacturing Company based Hamilton area. Due to the location, applicants must be able to drive with their own transport. This is a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday with role becoming Hybrid after training and probation (2 days at home, 3 in the office). Hours are flexible between 8am-5.30pm.

Job Description:

Enter and process orders through SAGE system.
Take phone calls from customers and deal with enquiries.
Liaise with other depots within the business.
Support the sales reps and technical team.

Essential Criteria:

Previous experience in a customer facing role.
Good telephone manner.
To be able to work within a team.
Desirable Criteria:

Knowledge of SAGE order entry, but training will be provided.
Product build experience.
Strong knowledge of Record and HPDS parts.
Additional Information:

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Holidays: 33 days
Contract: Permanent after 3-month probationary period
