Summary
Murray Recruitment are recruiting an Account Manager for our client based in East Kilbride.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced fulfilment business that services a wide variety of clients across sectors such as gifting, beverages, fashion, and more. Operating much like a mini-Amazon, the company is seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to oversee key client relationships, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
Ensure all client orders are processed accurately and dispatched in line with agreed SLAs.
Coordinate the booking and receipt of incoming deliveries.
Monitor and manage stock levels in accordance with client agreements.
Support seasonal gifting and promotional campaigns with precision and timeliness.
Resolve any client queries or issues relating to orders or stock.
Handle all aspects of client invoicing.
Carry out associated administrative and customer service duties to support account management.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an account management or Sales Co-ordinator role.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Confident working under pressure to meet deadlines and SLAs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
Experience with order processing or inventory software is advantageous.
Offering:
Salary DOE
Monday to Friday - 8.30 – 5pm or 8am – 4.30pm / Fully office-based role.
28 days holiday (including set days over Christmas and New Year).
Company pension scheme.
