Sports Coach - Salford:

Prospero Teaching are currently seeking experienced sports coaches to join an Alternative Provision in Salford. This is an exciting opportunity for sports coaches looking to broaden their experience within schools.

The Role:
- Using sports a way to re-enage pupils in their learning
- Supporting pupils 1:1, building strong relationships
- Working collaboratively with teachers to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment

Position Details:
- Location: Salford (M27)
- Position: Sports Coach
- Type of Work: Temporary
- Full Time only
- Minimum Rate of Pay: £95 per day, depending on experience
- Start date: 24/11/2025
- End date: Ongoing, Long-term

Experience, Training & Qualifications:
- Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
- Team Teach training is highly desired
- A strong background in sports or coaching
- Previous experience supporting SEMH

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
