Join a vibrant new specialist school in the beautiful Surrey Hills. The school opened in September and is growing rapidly, so were seeking a strategic and operational education leader with strong Maths expertise to join the Senior Leadership Team.
Required: SEN Lead Maths Teacher
Contract: Permanent
Schedule: Full Time, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Salary: Leadership PayScale
School Type: Independent specialist school for children and young people aged 7-16 with autism and associated social, emotional, and mental health needs. Initially opening with pupils aged 7-14.

About the Role
· Lead the development of high-quality teaching and learning across the school, with a focus on Maths
· Design and oversee a sequenced, progressive whole-school curriculum
· Champion inclusive classroom strategies and differentiated learning for SEN pupils
· Drive assessment strategy, self-evaluation systems, and inspection readiness
· Line manage teaching and subject staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
About You
· Qualified teacher with strong Maths teaching experience and proven success in improving pupil outcomes
· Experience in curriculum design, assessment, and school improvement (middle leadership essential; senior leadership desirable)
· Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
· Understanding of autism and EHCP processes highly beneficial
