Completely care is currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our agency team and support well-established nurseries in Hanham. In this role, you will play an important part in helping staff provide high-quality care and early learning experiences for young children.
Requirements
• At least 6 months of UK early years experience.
• Genuine interest in supporting children’s development.
• Ability to work well within a team and follow guidance.
Role Duties
• Supporting children’s play, learning, and daily routines.
• Helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and organised environment.
• Assisting staff with supervision, meal and snack times, and hygiene routines.
• Setting up and tidying away activities and resources throughout the day.
• Engaging positively with children to encourage confidence, independence, and curiosity.
