Nursery Assistant - Bristol
We’re proud to partner with a warm, nurturing, and supportive nursery group to find dedicated and professional Nursery Assistants to join our agency team. If you’re passionate about early years education and want flexible work supporting nurseries across the Bristol area, we’d love to hear from you!
Shift patterns: Monday - Friday, between 8am-6pm
The role will involve:
Designing and facilitating stimulating, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
Supporting daily routines such as meals, rest periods, and toileting with care and consistency
Working collaboratively with nursery staff to maintain a safe, welcoming, and nurturing atmosphere
Keeping detailed and accurate records of children's developmental progress and daily activities
Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children, their families, and team members
About You:
You have a background in working with children and understand their needs.
You approach every situation with patience, warmth, and care.
You either hold an enhanced DBS check or are willing to complete one.
