We are looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join our team at our clients in Chapeltown, Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Divisional Accountant in ensuring the financial control and smooth running of the business.
About the Role
As part of a busy team, you will play a key role in:
• Preparing monthly management accounts.
• Assisting the Divisional Accountant with day-to-day activities across accounts and sales administration functions.
What We’re Looking For
• Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant.
• Experience working in a modern accounting environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and computer-based accounting systems.
• Familiarity with dealer management systems (preferred).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
