Are you passionate about helping people achieve their potential through learning? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Community Learning Facilitator to join our team in Skegness. In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality teaching and assessment to support learners on their educational journeys. You’ll play a key part in ensuring outstanding learning experiences — from enrolment and induction through to progress reviews, achievement, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment across a range of programmes.
Support learners through enrolment, initial assessment, induction, supervision, and regular progress reviews.
Ensure all qualifications and learning programmes are completed in line with centre performance indicators.
Monitor learner progress effectively and maintain accurate records.
Develop and promote new learning opportunities and partnerships within the local community.
Positively market the centre’s offer to external stakeholders and partners.
About the person
You’ll be an excellent communicator and facilitator, passionate about community learning and committed to supporting learners from all backgrounds. You’ll bring enthusiasm, flexibility, and a learner-centred approach to everything you do.
Essential skills and qualities:
Experience in teaching, coaching or assessing learners (ideally in community or vocational learning settings).
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate learners to achieve their goals.
A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in learning.
