Summary
Staffpower Group are seeking dedicated and detail oriented Production Operators to join our established clients team in the food production industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a strong understanding of food safety protocols.
Duties
Operate and monitor food production machinery to ensure efficient operation.
Adhere to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines to maintain food safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance as required.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets while maintaining quality control.
Utilise basic maths skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production metrics.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Previous experience in food production or a similar role is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices, including HACCP principles.
Basic maths skills for accurate measurement and calculations.
Ability to work effectively within a team while also demonstrating initiative.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the production schedule.
Shifts
4on4off 6am-6pm ( potential to move onto 4on4off Days & Nights rotation)
