We are looking for enthusiastic, resourceful and forward-thinking people and are excited to be recruiting Support Workers to support individuals Paul and Simon within our service in Plympton
About the Role:
Both gentlemen are non-verbal and you will work across both services within the same property, both gentlemen rely on their staff team to support them with all their daily tasks/needs, this includes personal care, giving medication, arranging appointments, cooking and cleaning. Both gentlemen enjoy going out in their local community, a driver would be an advantage but not necessary as local bus routes are at the end of the road. One gentleman is very mobile and enjoys local walks, whereas the other gentleman has limited mobility and uses a staff pushed wheelchair, he also has a mobility vehicle.
About the usual working pattern:
Week 1
Monday - 8am to 10pm (sleep-in)
Tuesday - 7am to 8am
Wednesday - 8am to 10pm
Friday - 8am to 10pm (sleep-in)
Saturday -7am to 8am
Week 2
Wednesday - 8am to 10pm
Friday - 8am to 10pm (sleep-in)
Saturday - 7am to 9am
Sunday - 8am to 10pm
