Summary

Procurement and Supply Chain Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Procurement and Supply Chain Coordinator to join Sovini, part of The Sovini Group.

What You’ll Do: Job duties

This role supports a wide range of procurement and supply chain activities, focusing on supplier management, compliance, and risk mitigation. Key responsibilities include maintaining Sovini’s supplier portal and registers, assisting with procurement and tendering tasks such as sourcing low-value goods and services, spend analysis, and contract management. The position involves close collaboration with the Procurement and Supply Chain Manager and Trainee Officer, as well as maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers. The role is agile based, requiring the candidate to have a suitable remote workspace. Administrative skills and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) are encouraged.
