AEG Presents – the team behind world-class tours, festivals, and venues across Europe – has recently reopened Watford Colosseum, a historic venue with a reputation for hosting incredible live music, comedy, and cultural events. We’re looking for a Deputy Front of House Manager to help lead our bars, cloakroom, and merchandise operations, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Delivering an outstanding Front of House experience across bars, cloakroom, and merchandise.
• Leading and motivating a dynamic team to provide exceptional service at every touchpoint.
• Creating a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for guests and staff.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and developing a brilliant FOH team.
• Organising engaging training sessions to keep everyone informed and inspired.
• Supporting stock management, budgets, and financial performance.
• Acting as a Health & Safety lead, ensuring compliance and guest safety.
• Working closely with the FOH Manager and Regional General Manager to deliver operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in a similar high-footfall, customer-facing role within live events, hospitality, or entertainment.
• Strong leadership skills and confidence managing teams, rotas, and performance.
• A valid Personal Alcohol Licence.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and late finishes – that’s when the magic happens!
• Knowledge of event operations, health & safety, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with VIPs and high-profile guests.
