We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Registered Nurse to join our Intermediate Care Team at Rossmore Community Rehabilitation Centre.
This full-time role comprises 37.5 hours per week, scheduled across a 7-day period between 08:00 and 20:00. The successful candidate will be required to participate in the weekend Rota as part of their working pattern.
The role may require travel between community bedded units to provide necessary support. Therefore, the ability to commute within CHCP CIC's geographical areas with access to suitable transport is essential.

As a Band 5 Registered Nurse, you will support senior nurses during shifts and supervise junior staff, ensuring the provision of competent, sensitive, and safe nursing care within the unit.
You will take responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for a designated group of patients each shift. Additionally, you will lead the department during a shift in the absence of more senior staff, maintaining high standards of care and patient safety.
The successful applicant will become an integral part of a supportive, multi-disciplinary team and will receive regular supervision. Flexibility in approach to practice, excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to lead and drive forward change are essential qualities for this role. Maintaining patient safety at all times is paramount.
The ideal candidate will possess a broad knowledge base, effective time management skills, and relevant experience. They should be able to work collaboratively with staff from various disciplines while upholding high professional standards.
