Summary
ROLE: Assistant Sales Manager
LOCATION: Handforth, Cheshire
HOURS: Monday to Friday, Saturday on a rota, no Sundays. 40 hours week
SALARY: 35k basic - 80k ote + car + benefits
Flame Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our client’s prestige main dealership in the Cheshire area.
This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, and offers the opportunity to join a leading regional automotive group whilst representing a one of the world’s leading brands whilst taking your first step on the management ladder.
Duties for this Assistant Sales Manager vacancy:
• Driving your sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business
• Establish wants and needs of the customer while building a rapport that will retain them to the brand and the business
• Expertly handling the enquiry management process, supporting and motivating your team to convert prospects into customers
• Working under pressure, establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget
• Understanding shortfalls and addressing those with your team and Sales Manager
• Regular feedback to your team, looking at performance, targets and coaching to developing them
About the successful Assistant Sales Manager :
• A high level of professional acumen and have an outstanding work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to captain a team to obtain outstanding results as well as supporting and leading them
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets monthly
• Influence and negotiation skills
• Excellent relationship building skills, with both your team and customers
