Summary
Pinnacle Group is seeking a Property Manager to join our Pinnacle Partnerships Team within the Homes division. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive housing management for a mixed portfolio of properties in East London, ensuring exceptional resident experience through effective tenancy management, legal compliance and efficient operations. Acting as the primary point of contact for residents, you will manage service charge budgets, coordinate repairs and maintenance and support community engagement initiatives that promote ESG values.
Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties. We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities.
The ideal candidate will bring proven property management experience and a solid understanding of tenancy and housing legislation. You should be highly organised, approachable and confident in handling diverse responsibilities from resolving resident queries to overseeing compliance and maintenance. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential along with the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a proactive, customer-focused approach.
This is a remote role with travel required to East London.

Key responsibilities will include:
- To promote and deliver ESG within your contract and drive community resident experience, offering quarterly resident engagement activities within the site to build the community.
- To manage the overall tenancy journey and management of the site and act as the main point of contact for all residents within the BTR and social rent units.
- Management of the site service charge budget and deliver yearly reporting for end of year service charge accounts.
- To carry out all building management duties for the portfolio including general repairs, monitor defects and estate services such as tendering for contractors including cleaning, gardening and monthly PPM tasks (compliance).
- To be conversant with all H&S aspects associated with the Development and to ensure that the obligations of the landlord and management company (as applicable) are fully discharged, having due regard to the companies H&S policies in place.
- To undertake inspections to check upon the condition of the buildings and grounds, monitoring, consulting and supervising contractors on a weekly basis and provide a report.
- To progress the mobilisation of contracts and undertake duties to onboard properties into management at lease out stage.
- To progress and manage all tenant repairs and log all repairs within KPI timescales through to completion via the PML system and defect monitoring system.
- To carry out all property management duties including move in and move out, deposit release negotiations and general tenancy administration.
- To conduct viewings and move ins for residents and applicants on void properties.
Key requirements:
- Comprehensive property management background, not limited to leasehold or block management, with strong tenancy management skills and thorough knowledge of tenant and housing legislation
- Ability to build positive and professional relationships with residents and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills combined with excellent problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Highly organised with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently and adapt to changing demands
- Flexibility to deliver varied working hours on site to meet resident needs
- ARLA Level 3 and/or MIRPM qualification, or willingness to undertake exams
