About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism and communication-based needs in a friendly, well-resourced primary school in Islington. You will work 1:1 and in small groups, supporting emotional regulation, communication development and social interaction through structured routines and personalised learning approaches. The role starts ASAP, is full-time and long-term for the academic year, with a temp-to-perm offer available after 16 weeks for the right person.
