Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival is looking for an Assistant ICT Support Officer, to start as soon as possible.

For this role, you will need good knowledge of Windows 11 and be able to set up hardware, maintain software packages, manage user accounts, and support the appropriate backup and security of data, systems and assets. Some working knowledge of Microsoft's identity and access management tools (Entra ID or Active Directory) and Office 365 Administration would also be beneficial.

We are looking for someone who has either some demonstrable experience of working in ICT or is looking for their first role in ICT, who is a self-starter with excellent computer skills, who is able to provide great customer service and can resolve technical issues in a calm and efficient manner.
