Summary
Role-specific duties:Provide a safe, effective, responsive, and caring anaesthetic and Critical Care service to a level expected by a Consultant.Agree a job plan with the Clinical Directors in Critical Care and Urgent Care and work flexibly as far as is possible to accommodate the needs of the departments.Participate actively in clinical governance, including reporting of incidents, investigation of serious incidents and any complaints.Show a determination to meet or exceed the standards of the National Patients Rights Charter.
