Summary

Power Platform Administrator
Salary: £50,000 per annum + Package
Duration: 15-month Fixed Term Contract

Regional Office Worker: Birmingham -
Site based & Homeworking + Organised Travel to Birmingham required

This position is critical for maintaining and configuring our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service environment and the broader Power Platform ecosystem. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, and Power Automate, ensuring seamless system support and configuration.

***Important Note***:
This is not a Data Analyst role. While Power BI experience is nice to have, it is not essential. The focus is on understanding and managing the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Configuring and maintaining our Power Platform environment, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
  • Ensuring stability and configuration support for Microsoft Evergreening updates.
  • Managing user roles, security permissions, and environment access via Power Platform Admin Centre.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting Power Automate flows to ensure reliability and performance.

To Be Successful, You Require

  • Proven experience in Power Platform Administration, including Power Apps and Power Automate (Dynamics 365 CE experience is essential).
  • Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem and how it integrates with Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience using the Power Platform Admin Centre for managing user security and permissions.
  • Microsoft Certifications PL-200 and PL-400 are desirable.
