Summary
Early Years and Childcare Manager -Term Times only
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Early Years Manager to lead our new Sessional Early Years, term-time provision in Carshalton.
Start: Early 2026 Hours:33-35 hours per week- Term-time only Qualification: Level 3 in Childcare or Early Years (or above)

Essential Requirements
Level 3 qualification or above in Childcare or Early Years (or equivalent)
Strong communication skills
A genuine passion for supporting children and families
Experience working with young children in a childcare or school setting
Ability to work in partnership with the management team to maintain the highest standards
Good organisational skills and ability to work well within a team
