Summary
Early Years and Childcare Manager – Southwest London
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Early Years and Childcare Manager to join our dynamic team within one of our Early Years and Out of School Care (OSC) provisions in Southwest London.
Start: ASAP Hours: Minimum 37.5 hours per week, all year round Qualification: Level 3 in Early Years or above

Essential Requirements
Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years (or equivalent)
Strong safeguarding knowledge
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior childcare management role
Experience working in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Good knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted Inspection Framework
Proven experience working and communicating effectively with parents and carers
Ability to communicate confidently with both adults and children
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
