Summary

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team player to lead our small Local Bus team. This role will support the day-to-day delivery of supported local bus services across Aberdeenshire, helping to ensure high-quality transport provision for residents, as well as assisting the Principal Officer with a range of duties.

You will be working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly, so being highly organised, adaptable, and able to solve problems is essential. You should also be able to plan effectively and demonstrate strong initiative. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, as you will work daily with colleagues across the Council, bus operators, and external organisations. You must also be well organised and proficient in using a range of Microsoft Office applications and ICT systems.

If you possess these skills and enjoy taking on new challenges, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
