Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Service Support Team within Major Projects & Infrastructure at Hull City Council.
We are seeking a motivated and organised candidate who is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to our busy team of Programme Managers. In this vital role you will provide a frontline service and handle a variety of tasks from answering enquiries to processing orders and liaising with different departments to resolve issues efficiently. The Major Projects and Infrastructure team deliver multi-million-pound projects throughout our city, including those relating to our roads and highways, schools, parks and leisure facilities and major city centre developments. The role will give you an extraordinary insight into the world of programme management and you will be part of a team who deliver amazing projects for the citizens of Hull to benefit from.
Experience and skills preferred:

High quality customer service experience
Great communication skills (verbal and in writing) with colleagues, senior management and external customers alike
Confident use of Microsoft 365 software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
