As a Quantity Surveyor, your roles and responsibilities will include…
• Receiving & unpacking tender documents, upload onto the CRM
• Liaising with suppliers & sub-contractors to ensure works are priced correctly
• Building relationships with customers, asking the right questions to get info
• Be a strong, consistent and proactive point of contact for clients
• Using initiative to spot trends, patterns and opps for new business
• Creating marked up client drawings, rate build ups & ensure bid compliance
• Timely submission of bids to support the work winning process
We’re looking for an Quantity Surveyor with the following skills and experience…
• Previous experience as an Estimator or a QS
• Experience in drylining, partitioning, plastering, rendering, façades is desirable
• Professional, positive with solid client communications skills
• High attention to detail and great time management skills
• Ability to interpret construction drawings & understand operation delivery
• Experience as an Estimator/QS with the tender/bid management process
• Highly motivated, deadline driven and adaptable to change
In return, the successful Quantity Surveyor will receive a salary of £40,000 to £45,000 plus the following benefits…
