Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Healthcare Assistant to join our growing team. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to both elderly clients and children in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and practical support tailored to each client’s needs
Assist with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility
Offer companionship and emotional support
Support children with routines, play activities, and developmental needs
Monitor and report any changes in health or wellbeing
Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans
Drive to clients’ homes and community locations as scheduled
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential)
A positive, vibrant personality with a genuine passion for helping others
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Good communication skills and a caring, patient nature
Previous care experience is an advantage but not essential—full training can be provided
Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS checks
