Summary
Required from Monday 5th January 2026
We are seeking to appoint a School Administrator to join our warm and friendly team at Moorlands Primary School, where you will be a valuable part of the team and help support everyday life of the school.
Moorlands is in a residential area of Tilehurst and is set in a lovely green space, we pride ourselves on putting our children at the centre of all that we do.
We are looking for someone who has:
• the ability to be the welcoming face of the school and present a professional and friendly manner to all
• a proven track record of working efficiently with an organisational strength that allows both independent working and operating as part of a team
• experience of working in a school environment - this is desirable but not essential
• good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including pupils and staff
• The ability to work under pressure and multi task to meet deadlines
• A high standard of literacy & numeracy skills
• A good knowledge of Excel & SIMs (desirable)
